Resign Smart ("the App") is developed by Ashish. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

No Data Collection

Resign Smart does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The App operates entirely offline. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.

Data Stored on Your Device

All data you enter — including your departure plan, tasks, reminders, and financial calculations — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.

• Departure dates and notice period settings
• Task checklists and completion status
• Reminder schedules
• Financial runway inputs (savings, severance, expenses)
• App lock preference

Biometric Authentication

The App offers an optional Face ID / Touch ID lock feature. Biometric data is handled entirely by Apple's LocalAuthentication framework on your device. Resign Smart never accesses, stores, or transmits biometric data.

Third-Party Services

Resign Smart does not use any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Delete Plan & Start Over" option in Settings, or by deleting the App from your device.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
